Answers for many questions can be found in our informative User Manuals, trouble-shooting guides and software updates, available to registered product users.

Should registered users require further assistance, Adapt4 provides an Internet-based support service and telephone-based “Help Line” (M-F, 9AM-5PM EST.)

Service plans for extended warranty, maintenance programs, continued and after-hour telephone-based support are also available.

Although most issues can be resolved quickly by telephone or over the internet, factory- trained personnel are available for in-field support.
